Construction on the HTC Bluewave network is scheduled to begin the week of September 17th in Tern Hall Plantation, Osprey Cove, Osprey Woods and Cedar Trace. When construction begins you may notice HTC staff in the area locating and marking existing utilities. These facilities will be marked with water soluble paint and small marking flags.

Most of the construction will be done using directional boring equipment and devices known as cable plows. This equipment is used to minimize impact in your neighborhood. Following construction, you will have the opportunity to connect directly to the HTC Bluewave network.
