In addition to your existing phone service, HTC offers Rewards bundles. Get local and long distance service for as low as $34.95 per month. 

Voice Rewards - If you have an HTC traditional residential phone and an HTC Horizon wireless plan of $49.99 or higher, you may be eligible for free and unlimited calling within all of Horry and most of Georgtown counties. This gives Voice Rewards customers an expanded local wireline area and more available monthly wireless airtime minutes.*

*HTC Voice Rewards requires HTC traditional residential telephone service and an HTC Horizon wireless plan of $49.99 or higher. These services must reside on the same billing account or be referenced between multiple accounts. Enrollment is not automatic and must be requested in some situations. Prices do not include fees and taxes.

• Calls made from an HTC traditional residential wireline phone to any MEAS (Measured Extended Area Service) exchange in Horry and Georgetown counties will now be free. 
• Calls made to an HTC Horizon wireless phone(s) from any MEAS exchange in Horry and Georgetown counties will not count against monthly airtime minutes.
• Calls originating from an HTC Horizon wireless phone(s) while within the regional calling area of SC, NC, eastern TN and coastal GA to any HTC billed customer will not count against monthly airtime minutes.

Hometown Rewards - If you place lots of long distance calls from your home phone, you can save each month with this rewards package, including reliable home telephone service, unlimited calls, and the most popular calling features!  The more services you bundle together, the more you save!

** HTC or HTCC facilities based telephone service and an HTC Long Distance plan required to participate in Hometown Rewards. Hometown Rewards program members who received a free installation agree that if the service(s) that received free installation is disconnected or temporarily suspended for any reason (including on-time payment receipt) during the 12-month commitment, they will be responsible for a $120 Early Cancellation Fee pro-rated at $10/unfulfilled month. If removed from Hometown Rewards program for any reason, (including temporary suspension of service) all services will be billed at full retail price until termination of such services. HTC Rewards program members agree that Measured, USA and Canada Long Distance calling is for residential voice usage only, not for long term internet connections or commercial use. Minutes over 5,000 will be billed at an additional charge of $0.15 per minute.  All services not available in all areas.  Hometown Rewards pricing not available in all areas. Other restrictions apply, including:  a 12-month commitment with $120 Early Cancellation Fee pro-rated at $10/unfulfilled month for new service additions and/or free installations, on-time payment history, specific additional service requirements. HTC reserves the right to change the terms of or terminate the Rewards programs at any time. In the event that HTC amends the Rewards programs, customers will not be penalized for electing to terminate their contract before its expiration date. Rewards program members must meet specific qualifications.

***Taxes and fees, including: 911, Inside Wire Maintenance, Telephone Relay Services, and Universal Service Fund are not included.  Monthly subscriber line charge fee of up to $6.50 is included.  Allocations of taxes and fees on the Unlimited Calling Plan are based on the average of all customers' calling patterns subscribing to the plan.  Monthly rates of $34.95, $39.95, $44.95 and $49.95 are subject to change if subscriber line charge fees increase.
